Return and Refund Policy
 
At Yacht Life Living, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
 
You must contact us at hello@yachtlifeliving.com before returning any product and provide proof of purchase.
You must return the product in its original packaging, unopened and unused, with all accessories and manuals included.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned product and determine its condition. If the product is damaged, altered, or missing any parts, we may reject your return.
We will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to your original delivery address.
Exceptions
 
Some products are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival. These include:
 
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Perishable goods
Digital downloads
Clearance items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
